We are thrilled to bring Bella, our charming, vintage mobile tap truck to the Flathead Valley. The dream of Bella was first sparked when Terri had a Friday conversation with a friend and joked – wouldn’t it be great if there was a wine truck just like an ice cream truck? That led to Pinterest, which was when Terri first laid her eyes on a Vintage Piaggio Apé from Italy that was a mobile tap truck! Genius! Seeing the pictures and thinking of all the possibilities led to many sleepless nights. And you know what they say – “If your dreams don’t keep you up at night and scare you a little, they’re not big enough!”.

During this time, we were also in the middle of helping to plan our oldest son’s wedding. In looking at the available services for weddings and events, we knew that a Mobile Tap Truck like this was not available in the Flathead Valley and in fact was not even available in Montana.
So, while planning a wedding, and during a pandemic, what better time to jump with both feet and start building the dream of Roaming Taps? Ron of course has always been a huge supporter of all of Terri’s crazy ideas. They have been married almost 30 years and they make a pretty great team. We love creating memories, spending time with family and friends and we cannot wait to be a part of your next event!!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU PROVIDE THE BEER OR WINE?
Short answer is No. Montana has very specific alcohol laws. This means that either you, your caterer, or the venue must purchase the alcohol. There must be a TIPS certified bartender to serve your guests any alcohol. These will be provided either through one of our packages or your catering company. Self service is not allowed. We are fully insured for general liability and liquor insurance.
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE FOR SERVICE?
Bella stands 6 ft tall, is 5 ft wide and 11 ft long. The kegs are kept at perfectly cold temperatures through the use of specialized keg bags (we do bring ice). The Piaggio is light enough to be pushed into buildings but does need to be parked on a level and flat surface.
WHAT BEVERAGES CAN YOU SERVE?
We have five taps that can be individually set up so you can serve up to five different drinks at one time. You can serve as few or as many as you want and can mix and match different alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. Examples: Beer, kegged wine, Prosecco, rosé, hard ciders,
sparkling water, sparkling lemonades, and more.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT BELLA?
It depends – each package is individually customized to your needs. Factors include the following: type of event, the number of guests, the location (free travel within 30 miles), if you need to use our services to bartend, the types of drinks to be served, and if there will be additional stylized individual extras. Once we have talked with you and worked out the details, we will provide a proposal with a customized quote. We will make sure you are fully aware of the cost before signing any contract.
